Please join us in our newest mission project, Samaritan's Purse, OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD. We have 50 shoeboxes to be filled for children. This ministry is carried out through Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child. The deadline for returning your filled shoebox(es) is November 15th. If you don’t have time to put a shoebox together, donations are accepted and will be used to purchase items for the shoeboxes. You can pick up your shoebox this morning (front pew) or stop by the church office.
A Choice to Make Pregnancy Response Center sent us a THANK YOU letter for the $1,228.53 that you gave during the Baby Bottle Campaign. Overall, the center raised over $63,000. This ministry serves the families in the Florence area.
We are accepting coat donations for
Coats for Christ.
We are accepting
donations of non-perishable food items to distribute to various organizations assisting needy families.
India Church Construction: Led by Selma Guzzarlamudi, this mission needs financial support as they diligently build a place of worship in a rural area of India without much local resources. Your support would be a great blessing.
Red Bird Mission – serves communities in some of the most economically depressed areas of Appalachia and the U.S.
My Brother’s Keeper Ministry – local ministry assisting the Florence community with basic food needs. Food & financial donations appreciated.

EVENTS
The WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY, Angels: Finding Hope in God Who Reigns Over Heaven and Earth by Melissa Spoelstra meets every Tuesday at 9:00 am in the John Wesley classroom.
The children have begun practicing for the St. Paul CHRISTMAS
DRAMA. Practice will be on Sundays from 4:00 to 5:30 pm in the FLC.
Our next GOLDEN HOUR will be held Wednesday, October 21st, at 10:00 am in the Family Life Center. In addition to enjoying a brunch together, we will also have a cake walk, bingo, and a surprise skit. So mark your calendar and make plans to join us on October 21, 2026.
The PUMPKINS are coming! We need your help in unloading pumpkins and setting up our pumpkin patch, October 12th, at 4:00pm.
St. Paul’s CHRISTIAN CHILD CARE CENTER is selling Krispy Kreme coupons for doughnuts. The coupons are $10 each. There is a sign-up sheet to order your coupons. The sale will end October 12th.
OCTOBER BIRTHDAY DINNER is October 11th, following the worship service. Everyone is invited to come.
Our FALL FESTIVAL is Sunday, October 18th, from 3:00 to 4:30pm. We invite you to decorate your Trunk as the children will participate in Trunk-or-Treat.
MOVING WITH THE MESSIAH exercise class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00pm in the Upper Room Classroom. Everyone is invited to join us for the fun, fellowship and fitness.
If you like to walk, please join us Mondays and Wednesdays in front of the FLC at 9:00 am.
If you like to run, we meet Saturdays at 8:00 am at the Florence Soccer Complex (3701 W Palmetto St.).

January 16, 2027 - Winter Run in N. Myrtle Beach, SC
February 27, 2027 - (hosted by St. Paul) Run for Little Hearts in Florence, SC (Proceeds will go to the Children’s Heart Foundation)
